Perch Breeding

My Amazon, Floppy has started recently some strange behaviour. It's only when I'm present, at night and when he's out of the cage. He starts a funny noise, lifts his feet as if dancing and fluffs up his feathers. He's about 2 years old and I'm worried. I've already brought him to the vet and she said it's probably that he's aproaching adulthood ... Im not satisfied. Help

My family recently took in a congo african grey about 12 years old from an elderly lady. Salty was doing wonderful, allowing people to hold her, feed her, approach her, etc. with minimal biting incidences after about a week. However about 2 weeks ago, Salty started trying to regurgitate her food and became super cuddly with one person in my house and completly aggressive (like "back away or I will kill you aggressive). I was wondering if anyone has every used the "birdtricks" DVD training tape? I was thinking about getting it but wanted to see if anyone had any information about it or other good videos they have used. Thanks for any information.
