Lovebird Feather Plucking

I recently bought a beautiful young slate masked lovebird, the problem is, he's really nervous and jumpy. I already have one parrot, one extremely self assured OWA who seems quite determined to intimidate the little fella by going into full amazon mode when he is in her presence. (i would never cage them together of course, this happens when they are looking at each other through respective cages). I would like any tips or stories on how you all tamed or acclimatized your own lovies...:p thanks alot!...

I have a six year old male lovebird. I've had him ever since he was 2 months old. He is very happy, cuddly, and energetic. About two months ago, I noticed some bald patches. Around his legs, under his wings, and on his chest. I was completely baffled as to why he would be plucking. He doesn't fit the description of a normal feather plucker.
