anyone in kent or london who can help?

I am thinking of getting an umbrella cockatoo as some of you may remember from previous posts.I have done A LOT of reading and was wondering if anyone has an umbrella cockatoo which I could see close up,maybe play with and see how they are when they get loud.I cant seem to find anyone who has one in this end of the country and the nearest zoo with cockatoos is in lincolnshire...
