Great stuff!

I just got back from the farmer's market and picked up among other things, some broccoli. The man helping me started trimming off the greens and I said "No! My parrot can eat that" so he gave me a whole other bag of broccoli greens no charge -- since they can't really sell it to anyone else. I looked for corn husks but huh? Looked like they were fresh out of corn all together.

Any ideas on how to keep a big bag of broccoli greens fresh? I have a lot!

Thanks

You could freeze them and than add them to mashes or eggs later. I used to get free carrot tops from Union Square as well.
