What to put out to attract the Red-crowned amazon parrot

Hey guys!

I live in Pasadena, CA, where we have a large flock of Red-crowned Amazon parrots, and I would like to put out some food for them, but I'm not sure what they eat. I've always been a big birdie fan, and at the moment, have out birdseed to attract other birds in the area. The parrots hold me mystified, and I would just LOVE to see one a bit closer-up (and try to sneak a few pictures, lol).

Could you guys give me an idea of what type of food to put out for them? I don't expect them to come too close, necessarily, but I do have quite a big love for the sweeties, and would love to put out something they would enjoy.
