Bird Cage Perch

Hi all, Me with my newbie questions again. My bird has one of those playtop, flattop cages. She's a Timneh (duh! username!) and it's a 30"x24"x38" so it has a lot of height that I want her to use. If I change the arrangement of anything, I will do it only a bit at a time, so as not to upset her. I know you're supposed to arrange so that they can flap their wings, but she never does anyway. She will stretch them above her head, but not flap, and she does do a lot of climbing from one level of...
