Acrylic cage with cage top

I found this cage on ebay that has acrylic sides with a standard cage top with a nice stand built onto it. Though it doesn't leave a lot of options for decor, I was thinking it would work really well for my poo-flinging handicapped parrot. She doesn't climb or really get off her main perch, so that's not a worry.
What do ya'll think? Enough air? You think it would be hard to clean?



BTW - when I say poo-flinging I mean 5-6 feet away... not just a foot or so.
